INTEA supports your project with administrative services for customer-specific training measures and events.

For example, in Germany and Europe, approx. 45,000 participants/schooling days p.a. were managed by INTEA.

To do this, INTEA uses capacities in its own service centres in Cologne and Madrid as well as placing employees on site at its customers to provide organisational and customer-specific services.

INTEA admin service:

  • Invitation and campaign management
  • Management of internal and external trainers
  • Assignment, invoicing and controlling
  • Logistical support and dispatch of training materials
  • Support in regional country language
  • First level support & hotline
